Once you have the ingredients prepared, place them into a large bowl. Mix all of the dry ingredients together using a plastic or wooden spatula or spoon.

The next step is to add the water gradually while stirring until it forms a thick dough-like consistency.

The mixture should be thick enough that it can be molded into balls or any other shape you desire.

If the mixture is very thick and sticky at this point it will not be possible to work with it. If this is the case, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until you can roll it into balls or mold it into another shape.

Once your bath bomb batter is ready, cover it and let it sit for about 30 minutes. This is going to give the mixture time to cool down so that the ingredients can be set properly.

The next step is to form the desired shape for your bath bombs. This step is usually a lot of fun as the kids decide what shape they want.

The best thing to use is molds because they will give you a perfect shape. You can also improvise and use any other options you have including ice cube molds if you have them.

Place the batter in the mold or any other shape that will be large enough for your bath bombs and allow it to set completely.

If you don’t have a mold and are improvising, make sure to line the container with parchment paper or plastic wrap before pouring in the batter.

Also, remember to place something heavy on top to hold the shape. When your bath bomb is ready, you can remove it from the mold.

I make my bath bombs in bulk and store them in a jar and I get to use them whenever I feel like it. All I have to do is place them in the bathtub and enjoy! One of the ways I use them is for my spiritual cleansing baths.
