  1. WHY isn’t e.l.f. Leaping Bunny Certified. If e.l.f. is manufactured in China, it is hard to believe their ingredients aren’t tested by the Chinese government in some capacity. I want to be SURE that no animal has been tested (harmed) in the making of all of the e.l.f. products.
